About the role
Critical to the achievement of their growth ambition is the newly created role of Planning Manager which brings together the Demand, Supply, and Inventory Management functions across the business and will lead the development of a structured S&OP framework to deliver improved supply chain outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coach, develop and bring on the transformation journey a group of direct reports across multiple sites
• Embed consistent planning processes and foster effective collaboration across the operations and commercial teams
• Deploy and maintain new supply strategies which will lead to optimised inventory, DIFOT target achievement, and the unlocking of production capacity at the sites

Skills & Experience
The preferred candidate profile will be a proven planning leader from within the consumer products or retail sector who can demonstrate a track record in building teams and fostering collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity for an inquisitive change agent, who possesses strong analytical skills and a process improvement mindset.
