About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this key role will be responsible for managing independent retail accounts. You will need to have a sharp focus on short-term opportunities while keeping your sights set on the big picture.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing robust business plans to support their strong growth agenda.
  • Liaise with key retail stakeholders to deliver sales targets including driving new business opportunities and new product initiatives.
  • Management of P&L, supported by the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the wider business on additional marketing and commercial projects.
 
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and can work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and progress, preferably with experience as an Account Executive in FMCG or Consumer Goods or Retail who is looking to take a step up. Success in this role will come from your demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
