About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available to drive the Quality Management function across two sites, one based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, where you will predominantely be based, with the other site located in Melbourne's West. Reporting into the Head of People, Quality and Safety, this role will directly oversee a QA team of circa 10 people spanning 2 shifts. The role will include:
About you
You are a quality leader, someone with strong technical acumen who is equally comfortable liaising with and presenting to high-end external parties. Someone with a demonstrable background in training and development who can work with a peer group to build out the exisitng processes on site and offer a guiding hand to the wider QA team. You are a team player, someone who wants to work alongside others towards common business objectives. You have lead a quality function before, or are doing so presently with a strong track record of success in your career.

- Oversite and implementation of the site QMS, utilising best practice approaches to ensure favourable outcomes in both a commercial and consumer setting
- Management and development of the existing QA team
- Being a key representative of the business to external stakeholders, including leading national retailers and large FMCG businesses
