Strategic Loyalty Program Manager
The Business
This high-profile organisation not only has a multitude of market leading consumer, DIY, and trade brands, it also has an enviable track record of growth, inspirational values-based leadership, dominance in the categories it plays in and is regarded as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Marketing Director, we are looking for a highly skilled senior loyalty specialist who has demonstrable experience in this space ideally with high profile brands to join the team for a 6mth project, potentially longer term.
The Role
We are looking for an expert in this space to come into the business and audit / review the existing landscape to understand the category, portfolio as well as their nuances of the various segments within their existing customer base. You will have access to data & insights including within the category as well as lifting the hood on their existing loyalty and lifecycle program to understand the economics, reviewing redemption behaviour, revenue, sales & frequency etc. Post the analysis of the program and understanding the market opportunity you be charged with the responsibility to make appropriate recommendations back to the business to either enhance / evolve their existing proposition or completely re design the loyalty framework and value proposition & strategy. You will build out a commercial business case with clear recommendation and objectives that offer enticing value for their loyalty members, continues to promote the overall industry and attraction of new customers and is driving revenue and building brand equity in market.

Ideal Profile
- You have worked in a business that has a high profile well recognised loyalty program and you have played key role in helping shape the strategy and framework
- You have experience across the B2B and B2C space, with the preference to B2B, but open minded depending on your experience level
- Strong data / commercial skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders internally to access the data required.
- Demonstrable experience in building business case & clear, well thought recommendations that build long term equity, customer engagement and deliver commercial growth
