About the Opportunity
Join a leading beauty industry player as their Regional Account Manager. You'll lead the growth of new and existing agents, build strong client relationships, and execute the Agency Agreement within your region. Travel regularly to dedicated states, troubleshoot concerns, and increase sales by ensuring relevant stock, knowledge, and tools are available. Working closely with the agency team you will provide end-to-end support and facilitate strong rapport with key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a proven track record in customer management within the beauty, FMCG or consumer goods industry. New business development experience would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be meticulously detail-oriented, with exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This role would suit someone who thrives on taking initiative and wants to work for a business who challenges statice quo.
