About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be developing and delivering digital, promotional, and direct marketing strategies and campaigns. You will be managing and creating social media activities across multiple digital platforms and execute the planning of external and internal events and sponsorships in collaboration with the team.
 
In this role, you will develop program and project specific marketing and communications campaigns in partnership with program managers and subject matter experts and actively drive all digital marketing and communications initiatives. You will be tracking performance and report on metrics such as engagement, reach, and provide guidance to program managers on how to improve.
 
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of marketing and communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Email marketing with knowledge of Mailchimp or similar
  • Digital marketing experience
  • CMS experience - WordPress & Drupal
  • Design skills - experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Salesforce highly desirable
  • Meltwater desirable
  • Google Analytics desirable
