About the role
This role is focused on driving sales and profitability for the Australian and New Zealand regions to achieve overall company revenue and growth targets.  Maximising opportunities within both existing and new customer groups, this role leads the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the entire wholesale business whilst effectively coaching and developing the team to optimal performance and delivery.  As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this position contributes more broadly to the regional planning and organisational development of the region reporting directly to the Country Manager.  It is also responsible for the effective management of all associated financial aspects of the division including sales targets, measures and results ensuring the team is upholding the brand’s integrity and operational standards at all times.
 
Experience required
It is essential that the successful candidate for this role presents with a high level of commercial experience leading a tiered account management and field team in consumer brand environment.  Experience with an apparel or lifestyle brand is required along with the ability to demonstrate success in leading, coaching and developing performance of a national team.  As a key role for the region, this role has a high level of complex stakeholder management, therefore experience in a global business matrix structure is highly advantageous.
