Our client is a hugely successful national organisation who are innovators within the industry and as well as pioneers in the QSR space. The business is looking to further expand on its amazing brand and is on the lookout for a passionate and gun partnerships professional! The business prides itself on having great ties to the community and is looking to further strengthen its customer engagement and awareness through obtaining new partnerships and bringing campaigns to life! Due to changes internally, the company is looking for a dynamic, fast-moving, entrepreneurial candidate who can adapt well to change and conflicting stakeholder priorities. Someone who is resilient and can be adaptable with strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. In addition, someone who is innovative and has a strong passion for the food space.

Role Overview
• To lead the Partnership & Promotion function and identify Partnership opportunities, with a strong focus on synergies that realise and support the “Live healthy, naturally and sustainably’ positioning of the brand.
• Core objectives include driving calendar initiatives for Partnerships & Promotions at a national level and encouraging brand participation and support for these at a local level.
• Leading and enforcing the acquisition strategy outside of restaurants and as a gateway to all promotional participation in the partnership & sponsorship territory.
 
Key responsibilities
• Support the Marketing Director in developing the Sponsorships & Promotions strategy in line with company’s business objectives.
• Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Build a systematic, process driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management in line with brands' strategic framework and positioning
• Research and identify partner relationships that align with brand values and strategies
 
Required skills and expertise
- Background in Commercial / Sales / Partnerships led role.
- Sporting partnership experience highly regarded
-  7+ years' experience in relevant industry i.e. FMCG, consumer goods
- Analytical, process driven and solutions focussed
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Confident leader of people and projects
- Financially astute
- Capable of building processes and frameworks to deliver results and engage the broader business
