About the role
This newly created opportunity in the business is derived from a strategic focus on building out a "Quality at the Source" culture and proactively building out site capability in a quality context. Big ticket items include taking ownership of the end-to-end NCR process and internal defect systems, developing short and long term strategies to reduce the cost impact to the business and drive customer satisfaction improvement. This role gives you the opportunity to work cross-functionally across product design and manufacturing, as well as taking ownership of the quality function, reporting into site operational leadership.
About you
You have a engineering background within the manufacturing space, ideally working across bespoke or made to order products. You bring a demonstrated experience in managing or working with an end-to-end NCR process and are looking for an opportunity to take ownership of such a system in a new role. Able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences, you have the skills to train and develop people within the business on new quality processes to ensure successful outcomes.
