About the Role
The EGM Operations is responsible for delivering an efficient and effective supply chain and state operations whilst managing relationships with the key customer groups. Reporting to the CEO, the role will continually seek new and better ways to optimise operations and the end-to-end supply chain, whilst leading a strong safety focus that ensures the well-being of all employees.
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring customer demand is met through advanced forecasting, procurement and logistics.
• Leveraging value proposition and identifying opportunities to surpass customer expectations.
• Contribute to successful product launches as they enter new categories and customer segments.
• Ensuring sustainable business models are pursued from sourcing to customer delivery.
• OH&S compliance and risk mitigation across a large and complex multi country network.
• Preparing for changing business needs through transformation of operations and supply chain.
• Focus on continuous improvement to maximise process efficiency and productivity.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have gained extensive supply chain experience within industries that rely heavily on both direct customer and vendor relationships, along with a strong safety focus. Commercially astute with strong problem-solving skills, the preferred candidate will also display strengths in collaboration and change leadership.
