About the Role
This role will be responsible for driving top-line sales and unlocking growth opportunities within the Club network and new channels. Reporting to the CEO, the EGM Customer Growth will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring market share growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies across all customer channels to drive market share growth.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, aligning with the EGM Operations to ensure effective customer management.
- Leading the sales expansion and growth strategies, delivering sales unit and revenue growth.
- Managing a proactive and effective tendering process to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Successfully launching new products and services through existing and new customers.
- Collaborating with the operations and supply chain teams to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Developing and leading a high-performance sales and marketing team across all states and territories.
- Optimizing the supply chain strategy to support product and channel expansion.
- Championing technological advancements and digital solutions to drive revenue improvements.
- Building and maintaining a strong executive industry network to enhance visibility and opportunities for growth.
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Technologically and digitally savvy with a passion for innovation.
- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales Management, or a relevant field.
- Passionate about driving profitable growth and achieving business objectives.
- Commercially oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Energetic, inspiring, and capable of leading high-performance teams.
