About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, this senior customer role is responsible for managing their leading account, Baby Bunting, whilst also managing additional retail customers such as Myer & David Jones. You will own the business planning process including end to end strategic development, P&L and financial management, leading range reviews and NPD initiatives accompanied with developing robust category drivers in conjunction with the broader marketing and strategy teams.
Skills & experience
Success in this role could come from a range of senior customer management experience within either Mass Retail / DDS / Baby Bunting but must be from within FMCG or consumer goods environments. Critical to this role is strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in P&L management and delivering strong sales results, as well as successful ownership of both short & long term business planning. A genuine passion for the industry will see you thrive in this business for the long term.
