About the role
Reporting to the Head of Category, this senior category role is responsible for managing two leading categories across total grocery worth $200m+. You will be the lead for the development of both short & long term category strategies ensuring aligning to the original vision, create robust category drivers specific to customer, manage the end to end range review process and represent all category insights based projects by partnering with relevant external agencies such as Circana and Quantium. This role is a business critical role that has a mentoring and developmental aspects to additional members of the team.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated Category Management and / or National Account Management experience specifically within the FMCG or retail industry. Ideally degree qualified, your commercial & financial acumen will be exceptional strengths and you will have proven success in delivering and influencing category growth initiatives to senior stakeholders in industry. This role is senior candidates who are aspiring to become a senior leader within the FMCG industry.
