About the company
Our client is a software provider located on St Kilda Road, in the inner suburb of Melbourne. They provide a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. 


About the role
The Payroll Administrator position is a 6-month contract role (with potential for permanent for the right candidate) reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the end to end payroll of 150 employees using ADP.

Further responsibilties include:
  • Process payroll ADP payroll for 150 FTE’s 
  • Maintain employee records, including salary adjustments, deductions, and leave balances
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Prepare and submit state payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Handle work cover filing and maintain accurate records related to work cover claims
  • Assist in the preparation of Fringe Benefit Tax (FTB) Returns, in compliance with government guidelines
  • Facilitate the processing of novated lease agreements and deductions in accordance with company policies


About you
  • Experience processing payroll - required
  • Experience with the ADP system - required
  • Exposure to Netsuite, advantageous but not required
  • Immediately available
  • Happy to work from an office based on St Kilda Road (2 days per week)

Salary
Hourly rate range is from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour plus superannuation.
