About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the National Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the retail portfolio including Woolworths, Coles, Aldi & Costco. This role will be the face of the business with the customers which will involve you managing all business planning, range reviews, new product initiatives, reporting and process management, whilst also collaborating with the wider business on identifying new business opportunities. Being a family owned business, this role requires someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved with all aspects of manufacturing, and requires someone to really step up from a leadership perspective.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated Account Management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally with exposure to managing either Woolworths, Coles or Emerging Channel customers. You will have proven experience in managing end to end reporting, implementing and driving process efficiencies, developing robust customer relationships as well as delivering sales objectives.
We are also open to a Senior National Account Executive looking to take a step up into a National Account Management role!
