What we are looking for
- Ideally have a degree in business or logistics & supply chain, significant industry experience also considered.
- Executive experience in a Sales, Marketing or Business Development roles within the 3PL/Contract Logistics environment
- Experience with leading a business development & key account management teams.
- Proven track-record of customer management, preferably at an executive level, and able to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions within a 3PL environment.
- Exposure to, or knowledge of dealing with supply chains across the FMCG, Retail, QSR or Food Service market highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics operating models
- Process-focused and analytical by nature: able to support recommendations with data and competent research.
- Be high commercially astute with a contemporary and humanistic leadership style.
