About the role
Are you passionate about the world of food? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role across a leading multi-brand portfolio in a 360-brand management role with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Brand Manager, you will support the major portfolio for the business ($150M RSV). You’ll have the opportunity to leverage consumer insights to drive brand planning and be empowered to own projects from end to end including trade marketing, communications (both online and offline), and NPD, with the support and guidance of the Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager in your team.
Key projects will include the opportunity to support newly launched NPD, new packaging formats, NPD development, pricing projects, influencer marketing and ATL campaigns to support brand growth.

Skills & Experience
- Prior experience at either an ABM or BM level within the FMCG or Consumer Goods space
- Experience with NPD project management via stage gate
- Well-developed stakeholder management, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
- Passion for food and ability to understand the key consumers – foodies!
- Experience working with IRI / Nielsen data
- Experience being retailer facing is ideal but not essential
