About the Position

As the Head of Resales you will be responsible for leading a high performance sales team of 7 which focuses on reselling properties within our clients established communities portfolio. The role is responsible for:

• Growing revenue from our clients established communities
• Reducing time on market, ensuring all homes are sold in less than 100 days
• Listing, advertising, running campaigns, negotiating and closing sales to ensure that the existing vendor gets the best price and customer experience when selling their property.
• Understanding the Victorian Residential market, providing insights and data relevant to the communities they are operating in
• Implementing ways to continually enhance our clients property offering, both to the benefit of the vendors and our client
• Working closely with marketing to achieve our key deliverables


About You

The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic, motivated and hard working spirit and demonstrate a proven track record of leading a team to outperform their set sales quotas, whilst also displaying the following attributes:

• Coming from residential real estate you will have a consistent track record achieving your personal or team sales objectives
• Strong leadership skills, leading a team through both strong real-estate markets and more challenging real-estate markets
• Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills
• Experience and track record working analysing current processes and making changes as required
• Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
• Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
