About the role
As Supply Chain Lead for the global SAP project you will be responsible for defining the overall end to end process and associated performance controls and metrics that cover the manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and planning functions. Having co-ownership of the global supply chain process template the role impacts multiple sites across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities include:
• Define and implement clear global standard processes and templates
• Stakeholder management and effective collaboration across regions
• Continuous improvement and governance of KPI’s, metrics, and data sets
• Own and support change management activities effecting the implementation project

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be a proven supply chain professional with some exposure to Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors, providing experience with batch and raw material complexity. Likely bringing a mix of functional end to end experience along some exposure to project management, it is expected that applicants will have a well-developed stakeholder management skill set to effectively partner with global sites.
