About the role 
In this role you will:
  • Lead the State Sales Team to deliver the State Sales Plan
  • Coach, manage and mentor Team Members to develop a high performance sales team
  • Take charge of own sales territory and customers in the first instance until the Sales Team growth and performance enables a move to a full focus on Sales Team Leadership
Skills & Experience  
  • Sales experience in food service, with solid relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
  • People management experience or ready to move to a sales management role
  • Strengths identifying business opportunities and growing territories through successful account management
