About the Role
The key responsibility of the role is to facilitate continuous improvement methodologies and projects within operations team. You will be involved in supporting the delivery of improved value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary waste within the businesses processes and implementation of better and more sustainable ways of working.
The Process Engineer will work closely with the R&D team on the commercialisation of new products and processes, while also having responsibility on the commissioning and introduction of new equipment on-site.
Critical to the role will be the capability to work hands on with the team and build overall CI engagement across the site, supporting all areas of operations in improving efficiencies. They will create strong working relationships across Operational leaders and help facilitate LEAN/process improvement based activities and workshops to drive ideas and solutions.

Skills & Experiences
This is an exciting and integral role within the business and your experience and skill set will include the following:
- Relevant tertiary degree, Engineering or Science
- Proven experience in driving CI projects / activities at a manufacturing site
- Relevenat experience within the FMCG industry
- 4+ years' experience as a Process / CI Engineer
- Experience in continuous improvement and lean techniques
