About the company:
Our client is leading the modern world in affordable men and women’s apparel. They have a strong presence in retail stores across Australia and require a visual merchandiser to driver improvements in retail operations.

About the role:
As a Junior Visual Merchandiser you will support the development and growth of the company by ensuring operational excellence across its stores. This role will drive the success of all retail operations and visual merchandising, focusing on people, product, performance, and processes.

Duties:
  • Drive retail operations and visual merchandising to achieve retail KPIs and business targets.
  • Conduct store visits to maintain brand standards and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support training initiatives and ensure consistent brand and customer service expectations.
  • Influence all retail operational managers to adopt standard operating procedures for increased productivity.
  • Oversee new store openings, ensuring adherence to set standards.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (likely every second month, for max 2 days)
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Exposure/experience in visual merchandising.
  • Retail experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Visual background with a focus on visual execution and commerciality.
 
Allowance:
  • $15,000 annual car allowance
