About the role:
This is an exciting newly created role, in which will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, order processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
This is a newly created role that is the start of a new centralised customer service team. There will be opportunity for growth within this team to a more senior team leader or managment position in the near future if desired.
Location & working from home:
This role is located in the Southeast of Melbourne, and has flexible working from home arrangements.

About the role:

Duties:
- Customer support, coming from phone, email and live chat.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
- Order processing and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience advantageous.
- Proven customer service experience in a small to medium business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software and ERP systems.
