The Role

The role will spearhead the growth and take the lead in this new position which will focus on uncovering new, greenfield opportunities Nationally with a focus on helping landlords and organisations manage their existing assets. The key responsibilities include:

• Delivering on sales metrics and targets by building a strong consulting pipeline across the B2B space and converting these into 'fee for service' revenue
• Building commercial models, auditing products and putting together feasibilities to support the direction the client should go in
• Although this is an individual contributor role there is a large component of internal stakeholder management required – working across the national sales business will be integral to success
• This role has a broad customer base however there is significant opportunity across large ASX listed companies in Metro areas as well as Government who have strict sustainability mandates that need to be adhered to


About You

To be successful in this role we require a high performing commercial individual that has previous experience or a passion for sustainability within workplace, manufacturing and construction. You will also have the following attributes:

• High calibre, strategic business development individual that has the ability to identify and uncover new opportunities across Australia in top Tier ASX listed and large privately owned organisations
• The individual will have very strong stakeholder management experience and can work cross functionally and as a team to deliver results
• Good negotiation skills (a win-win approach) with commercial integrity and discernment when closing deals.
• Ideally has an understanding of sustainability practices within the Australian market
• Strong financial acumen and has had to develop and structure feasibilities to provide insight and knowledge on what solution is best for their customers
• Great commercial capability, including experience working to budgets/P&L
