About the role
Reporting to the Category & Growth Channel Manager, the Point of Purchase Specialist will be responsible for leading all planogram based projects across all categories, where you will partner with the wider category management team to conduct range analysis, develop POP & merchandising principles and drive continuous improvement in portfolio planning. This role will forge and foster the relationship with the retail store planning teams, where you will develop the 12-18 month shelf strategy for grocery, whilst also identifying new opportunities for growth specific to space, range and layout.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated category management and/or customer experience from within the FMCG or retail industry. Ideally degree qualified, you will have a solid understanding of the end-to-end category review process, be confidently able to draw insights from a range of data sources and be advanced in space planning software management. You will have exceptional financial acumen which will come from your experience in working with retail partners and have a genuine passion for working in a fast paced team environment.
