About the Role:
We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to become a key player in our client's success story as a Regional Manager. Reporting to the State Director, you will be at the forefront of overseeing a network of retail sites. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with franchise partners to support the profitable growth of their businesses. This includes co-developing strategic business plans aligned with global strategies and tailored to specific territories. As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting training and development programs, local area marketing plans, and customer experience strategies.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and collaborate with franchise partners to drive profitable business growth.
  • Co-develop strategic business plans aligned with global and localized strategies.
  • Support franchise partners in implementing effective training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of local area marketing plans.
  • Drive customer experience strategies to enhance overall satisfaction.
 
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in a franchise retail organization.
  • Proven track record of strategic business growth through co-developed business plans.
  • Demonstrated supportive coaching style with a passion for true partnership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
