About the role:
 
We are seeking a results-driven Senior sales & marketing leader to oversee and lead the business and team across the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, humanistic people leadership, and achieving sustainable growth. As the ANZ Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize profitability, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will 40+ reports across sales, marketing & customer service, and oversight of operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that aligns with businesses long-term goals and objectives. Identify growth opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
 
People Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve organizational targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
 
Financial Management: Manage the budgeting and financial performance of the business unit. Monitor key financial metrics, identify areas for cost savings, and ensure profitability targets are met.
 
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market insights to make informed decisions and drive product development.
 
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction – Both Technical B2B & B2C channels
 
Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices to optimize production, supply chain, and distribution processes. Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
 
Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Promote sustainable practices within the business unit.
 
Skills & experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager/senior Sales & Marketing Leader with a background coming from the industrial chemical manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
