About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will step into a 360 role taking total ownership of a $70M RSV heritage FMCG brand known and loved by its consumers, as well as lead and mentor one direct report (with the potential to grow this team). You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing, acting as their right hand to support the broader team.
You’re stepping into the business at an exciting time - seeing you take ownership of the brand, setting up for future success and go on strong growth journey, with the right have the right positioning and strategy in place.
This will see you lead the transformation and the expansion of the existing range to maintain category ownership, develop a rebuild strategy to combat private label and ensure superiority of the branded offering as well as the development of an innovation pipeline focused on brand stretch opportunities to expand into (some very delicious) new categories and formats, taking it into aisles and places it’s never played in before!
To future proof the brand, you’ll also set up brand guidelines and guardrails, as well as a new communications platform to support the brand’s future growth.

About you
- Prior experience at an SBM or Marketing Manager within the FMCG space
- Strong portfolio management and development experience, driving brand expansion into new categories and formats
- Strong TTL communications management and platform development experience
- Extensive people leadership experience, ideally with exposure to having led multiple reports in your career to date (ideally operating at a Brand Manager or similar)
- Strong commercial aptitude and consumer led, strategic thinking
