About the role:
  • Due to an internal promotion, there is an opening for a Senior Account Director in the Behaviour Change and Corporate team
  • Work closely with the internal creative team and behavioural science team on PR and communications strategy and campaign ideation
  • Develop and delivery outstanding creative communications campaigns for government, corporate and for purpose clients
  • Manage up to 4 team members to support on the execution of client projects and campaigns
 
Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years' experience in Public Relations and strategic communications, with some experience in corporate/government/for purpose
  • Experience in managing and delivering integrated campaigns, that demonstrate your understanding of identifying the most appropriate communication channels for a campaign, and the right team to successfully execute.
  • A sound understanding of PR, influencer relations, communications, content, social and  integrated campaigns
  • A sharp eye for identifying growth opportunities with existing clients and new business.
  • From capacity planning to team forecasts you’ll have strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team, setting clear tasks and timelines and providing prompt and effective feedback.
  • Proficient in developing communication assets with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience in responding to new business briefs and pitching.
