As a Service & Support Technician, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our client’s business. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-tier service and repairs to our valued clients in Queensland. You will be representing an international premium-quality homeware company, where you'll handle field servicing across various areas.

As a Service & Support Technician, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our client’s business. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-tier service and repairs to our valued clients in Queensland. You will be representing an international premium-quality homeware company, where you'll handle field servicing across various areas.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver corrective/enhancement actions at each service visit, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Foster a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Complete service-related administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Efficiently manage spare part ordering and allocation.
- Adhere to best practices for maintaining tools, equipment, and stock levels, and maintain records of inventory and assigned work as necessary.
- Uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and compliance.
- Work towards organizational targets and KPIs, focusing on quality over quantity.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of communication, both with clients and internally.
- Handle unique, high-value equipment with care and expertise.
- A valid Restricted Electrical License.
- Ideally, a Restricted Gas Service License would be highly regarded.
- A Refrigeration License would also be highly regarded.
- Maintain a current, unrestricted Australian Driver's license.
- Background in general household appliances or white goods, particularly in service, installation, maintenance, or repairs.
