The Role:

Ideally spending a minimum of 3 and ideally 4 days on-site, the Finance Manager role offers a degree of flexible working for the right candidate.  

As a leader within the finance function, you will closely collaborate with senior management to enhance the company's efficiency and profitability. Your contributions will be instrumental in formulating and monitoring both medium and long-term financial plans.

As a key business partner, you will:

• Manage the overall Group Reporting Rhythm, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO, General Manager of Marketing and Sales.
• Provide valuable business insights through targeted reporting, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Excel in financial control, management reporting, and the analysis of Group Results.
• Oversee group product and customer profitability reporting and analysis.

Your role will involve the end to end management of the finance function, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness through the appropriate use of key systems and processes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements:

• Degree Qualified Accountant with CPA / CA status or actively working towards achieving CPA / CA status.
• Extensive experience, preferably in an FMCG environment; however, other relevant experience will be considered.
• Highly advanced Excel skills and a demonstrated sound knowledge of ERP and Financial Systems. An understanding of Business Intelligence software is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels within the organisation.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
