About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual who can contribute to and enhance an already robust foundation. This person should have a proven history of driving sales and retention, leading a team, managing finances and operations effectively, and the aptitude to propel the club to new heights. Our client’s aim is to provide members with the ultimate experience while maintaining a profitable business model.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee a new and premium big box gym in the Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with a focus on maintaining a high-performance sales culture. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to establish monthly KPIs and performance goals and oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient running of the club. The role involves providing leadership, direction, mentoring, and professional development to the team, with the goal of enabling them to reach their full potential.

Experienced Required:

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a Store Manager, Sales Manager or Club Manager background with experience in retail, consumer sales and/or gyms. They will also have a strong sales leadership background, a passion for leading and developing teams and experience in managing rigorous operational processes. Paramount, is a love and passion for the world of health and fitness alongside developing close knit community relationships. This business will suit someone who is self motivated and hungry for development as they have strong plans for growth and there will be exceptional opportunities for continued leadership roles.
