Nik Kolev is a Recruitment Consultant based in our Melbourne office, working closely with Dave Oliver on our Manufacturing and Operations team. Prior to joining Six Degrees Executive in 2025, he spent a year at a global recruitment agency, specialising in mid to senior-level placements across engineering, operations, and maintenance. He also brings experience from the education sector, where he supported individuals in aligning their career goals with the right study pathways—laying the groundwork for his people-first approach to recruitment.

Driven by self-discipline and growth, Nik is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Outside of work, he’s a regular at the gym, a dedicated sports fan, and a foodie on the hunt for Melbourne’s best eats. His motto? “Don’t give up what you want most, for what you want now.”
