Aliessa joined the Six Degrees team in 2022 as Customer Experience Lead, working closely with our marketing team and leaders across the business to develop the best possible experience for our clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Six Degrees, Aliessa spent 15 years in the Banking & Financial Services Industry across varied roles including Product & Pricing Management, Customer Experience Design & Strategy, Operations Management, Transformation & Project Management.
Aliessa holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and is Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt Trained/Green Belt Certified.
Aliessa gravitates towards roles that have responsibility over the Customer Experience and really enjoys the challenge of understanding, designing, and implementing strategies and initiatives that make a tangible difference to customers and, in turn, business objectives.
On a personal level, Aliessa genuinely believes you need a good professional and personal balance to perform at your best and is passionate about Health & Wellness. You can regularly find her at the local Reformer Pilates class or on a run with her dog Sammy.
