Head of Public Sector

Samantha joined Six Degrees Executive Brisbane office in 2021 as the Head of Public Sector.

Samantha has a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Neuroscience from the Australian National University and has recently attained her Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Griffith University. She is currently working on her post graduate research on unconscious bias and employee engagement with Griffith University.

She has worked with Not-for-profits, NGOs, and multi-national organisations, in fostering partnerships with the Australian and NZ Government organisations. As such, she is an experienced talent solutions specialist with over 12 years’ experience helping transform Public Sector organisations, by bringing industry insights, create a strong talent pipeline, and enhancing employee engagement for her clients.

She currently recruits for Executive Roles and consults on Volume Assessments, Bulk Round projects and Workforce Strategy for our Queensland and Federal Public Sector clients.

Samantha is a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and is the Queensland state lead for the Six Degrees Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Council and sits on the Board of the Creative Co-Operative (Australia’s first 100% owned and operated start up incubator for Women of Colour).
